Project Overview

visitors-book allow employees to answer a question right out of the POS terminal. The company needed a way to appeal to SMEs' and get more leads. I created a "chat" like interface to engage users into a conversation which helped users get the information they wanted about the cost and generated more well informed leads than just a contact form. We started the project with a workshop to identify which problem the company was trying to solve and understand their current clients.

After the workshop it became clear that a main type of users need was Exploratory seeking. They are on the website to gain more information and possibily feel inspired by what they see. Once the user is interested they can easily contact a sales agent to dig in deeper with a demo.

The value I brought to the business was to reduce marketing costs by making sure that when a user landed ont he page they would find the necessary information they were looking for. On top of that of that after sharing websites on various social media platforms, they receive a big entreprise lead from the website that once converted to a client meant an increase of 40% of their yearly revenue.
